Knowledgeable, timely and overall quality service

Tyson came out very promptly to evaluate our yard and give us a quote for a misting system. He was very flexible and worked with our schedules. He was able to answer all questions that we had and was thorough with his explanations of the mosquitoes in the Dallas area and how his system specifically works. He explained additional services but did not push for us to purchase anything that we were not interested in. He and his son came out when scheduled and made sure they got the system installed and tested in one afternoon. Tyson is very easy to get a hold of and is eager to do whatever is necessary to make sure you are mosquito free. Love the system.

Professional, experienced, customer-focused business

Tactical Mosquito Control puts the customer first. Great communication and on-site help to explain as much as you want to know about your system. They went above and beyond for me to track down a leak in my system that they observed in a normal service call. My system is now running as it should. As I've shopped around, their pricing is very competitive. However, it was their customer-focus and experience that led me to choose and trust them. For me, they are replacing a business that did not share the same qualities causing me to spend the time to reach out to others. I've been very happy and wanted to take the time to write a review to maybe help someone else out as well. Knowledgeable, Professional and Trustworthy

After living in Lakewood for 17 yrs, we were no strangers to mosquitoes. In our first four years in the burbs, I could count the number of mosquito bites on both hands, which was the equivalent of 5 minutes in Lakewood. However, last year the burbs caught up with East Dallas and the mosquito problems. We got a late start on the season but we called Tactical. They reactivated an old system that was already installed at our house, replaced what was necessary and we were off to a livable backyard again. Getting a full season from Tactical should keep us ahead of the monsters this year. I found these guys very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. They've done a great job for us!
