We custom design every system for your environment. You don't want to spray near eating areas, sensitive plants, or areas you will actively be when you're outside enjoying your yard.
Pesticides must be selected and applied according to their labels. We explain safe operation, preparation, and re-entry instructions, and every system includes a remote so a scheduled application can be skipped when needed.

Every service includes a 10-point inspection of the system's major components. We clean the system, check its operation, and address maintenance issues before they become larger repairs. Consistent care can help extend component life and keep applications calibrated.

Service & Maintenance
At every service you can expect a few things from our technicians.
- Full cleanout of your tank, including scrubbing the sides of the barrel.
- Pressure test to ensure operation between 250 and 275 psi.
- pH testing of water to ensure it's between 5.5 and 7.5 (outside that range will kill the active ingredient).
- We only charge you for the chemical that is used and we don't do contracts.
- We text when we are on the way and follow up after service with any issues we found.
Service and Maintenance includes:
- Scheduled refills
- Diagnostics and repairs
- Startups (in Feb) and Winterization (in Dec)

Yard Treatment
Our yard treatments include two key chemicals.
- Insect growth regulator: When the selected product is labeled for the site, it can disrupt mosquito development and reproduction in treated breeding areas. Results are gradual because this approach targets the mosquito life cycle rather than providing immediate adult control.
- Adult mosquito treatment: We select and rotate labeled products based on site conditions and treatment goals. These applications target adult mosquitoes resting in vegetation and other treated areas.

Trapping & Abatement
Professional traps use species-specific attractants and control methods to target egg-laying mosquitoes. The right trap and placement depend on the mosquito species, property layout, and product label.
Abatement is the process of reducing breeding grounds. Sometimes it takes a professional eye to notice breeding grounds so you can prevent mosquitoes without the need of any chemical or monthly service.
